The staff is very nice and super friendly. I love being able to come in and do my homework. Anytime I mobile order before they have a chance to say they are out of anything online they are very accommodating and are more than willing to help you find something new and/or give you a refund. Any time the wait is longer than 10 minutes they apologize even though it’s due to the amount of people there and not their fault at all. Love all of these people

this place is so freaking slow it is unbelievable. I don't know if that's just the thing around central Texas but these people took forever to make a coffee drink like 20 minutes they have no idea what they're doing they just walk around in circles if you want to understand the rule or law of diminishing returns go to this place you'll see it in action

Great staff. They get to know you if you are a regular. Always nice and ready to help. Lines can get long but hey, it's Starbucks be smart use their mobile order and don't wait around.

Service and people are always nice, but oh my word are they consistently slow. 10-15 minutes in the drive through in the mornings... Going inside is not much faster, usually slower. Avoid during busy times. And don’t come here if you need to get in and out. If you have plenty of time on your hands it’s a nice place to go.

Coffee good as always, but seating is so uncomfortable. Prefer the local coffee houses. They are more personal and comfortable! Will do drive thru next time I'm in town.
